Sydney traditional Indian Hindu Wedding Photography- Aniket and Reshma

I was really looking forward to photographing my first (and hopefully not my last) traditional Hindu Indian wedding.  Not only do I have Indian heritage but amazing colours are one thing that I love as a photographer. I travel the world looking for such vibrancy as an Indian wedding day offers, and here it was at home in Sydney.

We started with the traditional Henna application a few days before the wedding, the Mehndi, and what a way to get thrown into such an amazing tradition….it was a beautiful experience. Fareha from Fareha Bridal Studio sure is talented with that Henna brush.

Then the wedding…what can I say…”Wow!!”

Sydney certainly turned on it’s charm for us, but the details, personal touches and all the planning that all of their families and friends put into this day, was what made it so exceptional.

Aniket and Reshma, such a beautiful couple, both very genuine to the heart, the kind of people who I could never imagine saying a bad word about any one….the kind of couple you live to photograph!

Thanks guys, for being so kind, colourful and inspirational, and for trusting my own creative license completely, on your big day, knowing that it was my first Traditional Indian Wedding.
